- All handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Dishwasher chlorine concentration at final rinse 50 ppm.
- All coolers = to or < 4C
- All hot holding units = to > 60C
- Walk-in freezer at -25.6C
- QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm, available in spray bottles and in buckets with wiping cloths.
- Food is well organized and protected from contamination in all food storage areas
- Temperature logs are in use
- Ice machine is clean
- Chemical storage is organized and kept separate from food.
- No pests observed during inspection. Rodent traps are in use Orkin provides pest services twice per week.
- Staff personal belongings kept away from food storage and prep areas.
- Operator is FOODSAFE Level 1 certified.
