305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Hole appears to have been created by rodents at the base of the electrical panel in the back storage room. A few mouse droppings were found along where the floor meets the wall behind a ladder and CO2 tanks. Corrective Action(s): Staff stated that they noticed a mouse a few weeks ago but had a pest control company come in and haven't seen any activity since. Plug up hole and clean up all mouse droppings to monitor for any new activity. Due: Jan 5, 2024 Violation Score: 3
