Observation: Iodine sanitizer not detected in glass washer. Insufficient sanitizer does not kill bacteria on glass, leading to person to person transmission of pathogens. Please have qualified person repair machine and contact me for follow-up.
*Note* Glasses are permitted to be run through washer for the purpose of cleaning + rinsing. Seperate sanitize step is to follow (submerge in 200ppm bleach solution, ~1 Tbsp per gallon). Date to be Corrected By: Fri. Aug 4

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in bar area filled with ice and was being used to cool canned beverages. This is not acceptable, as these conditions do not allow employees to wash hands in the bar area. Operator cleared sink voluntarily. Please stock sink with soap + paper towel as well.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed beer cans being cooled in ice sink used for making drinks. This is problematic as germs are transferred from hand to can, can to ice, ice to drink then drink to person. Operator replaced ice in sink voluntarilly. Please cool drinks in refrigerator from here on in.
