Routine Inspection Conducted

Note: kitchen has just closed. No food preparation and/or hot-holding observed on site during inspection.

Observations:
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Chest freezer at -19'C
- Glass display cooler at 3'C (top and bottom)
- Stand-up glass display cooler at 4'C
- No hot-holding observed during inspection
- *REMINDER: ensure temperature logs are maintained as per approved food safety plan
- General sanitation of premise is excellent during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- QUATs sanitizer is not prepared during inspection (QUATs wiping cloths are available on site)
- Bleach and QUATs test strips are available on site and within expiry
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- No signs of pests during time of inspection. Pest traps observed on site
- Pest control company is contracted to complete inspections one to two times monthly
- Health operating permit posted in a conspicuous location on site

Notes:
- Operator to submit copy of FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent for review by health inspector
- No signature due to COVID
