As well a few droppings in dry storage area next to stand-up freezers in the kitchen

Wire racks and walls in Walk-in cooler have food debris, sticky and mold
Corrective Action(s): Premise is to close immediately.

Operator is to remove all goods from this room:
-inspect all foods for contamination and discard
-all soft packaged foods (ie. soft plastic, paper, nylon) must be stored in rodent proof containers
-all other foods in cans or hard plastic must be wiped down with a dilute bleach solution (1/2 teaspoon + liter water)
-keep all goods off the floor on the shelves
-Have your pest control (Spruce Pest Control) come in for inspection -coming today at 3pm as per operator

-Clean and sanitize the wire racks and walls in the Walk-in cooler
