Both handwash sinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water (ensure that no bowls/items are stored in handsinks)
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Foods are stored off the floor
-Surface sanitizer in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72 deg C after rinse cycle
