All hot food being held at room temperature in the kitchen area was being time tracked with "making" time. Staff explained products would be discarded in 2 hours - good Walls surrounding BOH prep sink has been repaired and cleaned - good Styrofoam removed from underneath the microwave - good Continue using time tracking for products being held at room temperature. Discard products after 2 hours.
