Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. Hard boiled eggs observed stored at room temperature during inspection. Staff stated that the hard boiled eggs will be consumed by staff.

2. [REPEAT VIOLATION] Chopped garlic observed in a container stored at room temperature above the stove. Staff voluntarily discarded the garlic during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store potentially hazardous foods at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Store potentially hazardous foods in the cooler at or below 4'C at all times to prevent bacterial growth and/or toxin production and to prevent foodborne illness.

Observation: Few flies (drain and/or fruit flies) observed on site near dishwashing area. Sticky fly trap observed near 3-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the sticky fly trap in the 3-compartment sink. Monitor fly population and if population increases, contact pest control company to assess and place traps as necessary. Keep the premise clean and remove any sources of moisture to prevent fly breeding and harbouring. Keep all food covered to prevent potential contamination from flies.
