Wash hands at hand sink when they have been contaminated.
Food Safe certificates obtained before July 2013 (more than 5 years old) must be updated by taking a short online refresher course. Information card given.
The operator must have Food Safe and in their absence, at least one person per shift must have a valid certificate.
Chlorine bleach (100ppm chlorine) is being used to sanitize ice cream scoops. Follow directions on the poster.
