* Back storage areas were reorganized * Updated cleaning schedule was implemented for daily cleaning duties, etc * Discussed previous concerns regarding re-dating of perishable meat products to extend shelf life and that it is not acceptable to do so. General manager reassured that staff do not re-date products to extend shelf life and that staff were going to be reminded that this is unacceptable and to only use products within expiration dates. * General manager and manager of this location were present at this inspection so these issues were discussed with both of them * Note: Storage space is a problem at this location and should be addressed with additional shelving/storage being installed to store paper products, etc. and staff personal items(coats, etc.). Operator thinking to install locked cabinet in hallway to client washroom. This would be used for paper products and staff personal items only(no food stuff).
