Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket had 0ppm chlorine measured. Operator had advised the solution was prepared last night and prepared 200ppm chlorine solution at this time. Operator to have all food prep surfaces sanitized using this freshly made solution.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have a sanitizer solution prepared EVERY MORNING before starting any food prep.

- General food storage practice satisfactory.
- 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

Major cleaning is required. Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Friday, Nov 17th, 2023.
