Routine inspection conducted:

- Two door glass cooler at 1 degree C
- One door glass cooler at 2 degrees C
- Back prep cooler at 3 degrees C (above and below)
- Front prep cooler at 4 degrees C (below) and 4 to 5 degrees C (above) *Note: cooler located across from oven. Reminder to ensure that lid is properly closed when not in use.
- Mini fridge (bar) at 2 degrees C (milk storage)
- Chest freezer at -25 degrees C
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 60 degrees C and approx 50 ppm chlorine. Test strips on site. Two sink plugs available for two compartment sink.
- Hand washing sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at approx 400 ppm. *Note: Please ensure that manufacturer's directions are followed for sanitizer concentrations for food contact surfaces. Please ensure that sanitizer dispenser is adjusted to dispenser 200 ppm quats as specified on the label.
- Foods are protected from contamination and stored off the ground. Pest proof containers available.
- General sanitation excellent.
- Washrooms maintained in sanitary condition.
- Pest control records to be forwarded to inspector.
