Fridge is maintaining dairy products at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Liquid soap and paper towel are at handsinks. Quat sanitizer for counters measured 200 PPM Quat residual. Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees Celsius at the dish surface. Ensure that items are stored off of the floor in the stock room to allow for adequate cleaning of the floor.
