Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BF3S4G:

Temporary deli setup. Staff still in the process of cleaning and sanitizing equipment and food contact surfaces.
Renovation area separated from temporary deli and meat/seafood department with a plastic curtain that extends all the way from the ceiling to the floor.
Display coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Rotisserie oven in place with a combi oven to be installed in the next several weeks. Hot holding case in place and ready for use.
Two 3 compartment sinks installed. Chemical dispensing systems installed. 200pppm quats dispensed.
A designated hand sink installed and available for use. Prior to opening ensure all liquid soap and paper towels dispensers are stocked.

Ensure all coolers are at or below 4 degrees C.
Ensure all hot holding units are capable of maintaining 60 degrees C or above.
Ensure the hand sink is provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
Ensure 200ppm quats is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.

Health approval granted to operate the temporary deli.
