Observation: Significant grease build-up noted under grill at far end of line cooking area. Also noted a dirt/grease build up throughout kitchen in the harder to reach areas such as (but not limited to) under prep tables and dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Give kitchen floor and between equipment a deep clean, giving particular attention to the above noted areas. Due: 1 week.

√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm
