Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
REPEAT VIOLATION: Sanitizer bucket had detergent in it with the wiping rags.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to ONLY use bleach to make the sanitizer. 200ppm chlorine sanitizer was made at the time of inspection.

- Mouldy surface observed around the sink taps of the single compartment sink.
- Water pooling observed inside the slide door cooler.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to thoroughly clean the surface and remove mouldy / slimy layer.
- Water pooling is occurring due to water from washed vegetables. Ensure to wipe up the water inside the cooler.
