Routine inspection - seasonal opening inspection: -COVID-19 safety plan on site -COVID-19 key principles handout provided to operator -discussed physical distancing for patrons lining up in store and in front of concession windows -discussed disinfection of common touch surfaces -faucet replaced in staff washroom so that sink no longer leaks -dishwashing and handsinks all have hot and cold running water -handsinks have liquid soap and paper towel -bleach on site as sanitizer -coolers at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers -probe thermometers on site -all staff for this season has foodsafe -no signs of pests, physical traps in use -cleaning being conducted at time of inspection -food to be delivered today -facility to open tomorrow
