Observation: Significant number of mouse droppings found on top shelf above line cooler across from grill line area as well as on top of mechanical ventilation hood, behind now unused ice machine, in walk in cooler under shelving, behind equipment under mechanical ventilation.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly and deeply clean then sanitize ALL areas of kitchen. No mouse droppings can remain. Due: tomorrow

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Multiple holes still found unsealed throughout kitchen that may be acting as access holes for mice. Seal Hole with wires/cables going into ceiling directly above shelving unit may be acting as an access point for mice.
Corrective Action(s): Seal up all holes that mice can fit through on the walls, floor and ceiling in the kitchen with a material that is durable and impervious to rodents. Have pest control company do a full inspection to identify areas where mice may be moving through and seal those areas up.

Observation: Significant grease build-up still found in hard to reach areas, especially under line coolers across from grill area. Strongly recommend installing castors on each of the units to facilitate cleaning.
