- Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 22, 2023. - Both kitchen staff have registered for FoodSafe level 1 but have yet to complete the course. **Both kitchen staff to complete the course by the end of this week and email copies of the certificates to the health inspector. - QUAT-based sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizing sink and in sanitizer pail. - Ventilation canopy filters were noted to be clean. Filters are now cleaned and sanitized every 2 weeks. - Hand washing sinks were easily accessible/unobstructed.
