Observation: Grease trap area needs thorough cleaning to eliminate breeding sites for fruit flies. Mop sink needs to be thoroughly cleaned and kept dry to eliminate small fly breeding sites. The floor and mop bucket need to be kept dry as much as possible to eliminate small fly breeding sites. Grease trap lid will need to be re-sealed or kept clean.

Whole fresh fruits and vegetables, and tea are to be stored in here only. Any vegetable that is cut, or shredded needs to be refrigerated under 4C or less. Any soaked noodles need to be refrigerated. Pop can be stored in here.
