Routine inspection conducted at the facility which is mainly used by residents: Observations: - No food processing/handling conducted on site. - Kitchen mainly used for food storage. - 2 compartment dishwashing sink available for dishwashing & handwashing purposes and had adequate supply of hot & cold water. - Single use paper towels present. - Alternatively, high temp mechanical dishwasher available which does not appear NSF certified. Please provide proof of temperature reading at sanitize cycle. - Cooler maintained at 2C. - Freezer at -14C. - QUATs spray bottle available and the concentration of QUATs noted at 200ppm.
