- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- hairnets available for staff
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats
- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle
- replace dishwasher racks as the plastic is flaking off
- foods dated to facilitate FIFO
- odour seems to be coming from grease trap; please address
- minor pest activity noted in pest report - restaurant has already taken steps to address this
