Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C except: 1 cooler was turned off and not used for cold storage. Beverage cooler was recorded at 7C and was used for storing non potentially hazardous food/drinks stored in it. - Freezers recorded below -18C - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - No signs of pest activity observed. Note - 3 compartment dishwashing sink and prep sink in the back but not in use. Staff stated that the Operator is planning to start a butcher shop in future.
