Observation: Hand wash station next to three compartment sink had hot water tap turned off and lacked paper towl. Hot water was available at three compartment sink.
Correction: Repair/reinstate hot water at hand wash station to allow for staff to wash hands easily when dishwashing is taking place. Due: Sept 23, 2022
