Routine Inspection 2 compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Additional large tub filled with 100-200 ppm bleach for sanitizing. 200ppm quats available for surface sanitizing. Sliding glass door cooler 4 C or below. . Upright cooler at 4 C or below. Storage area freezer at -14 C (should be -18 C). Domestic cooler at 4 C and freezer section at -5 C (should be -18 C). Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Discussed cooking temperatures - meats are cooked to a a minimum temperature of 74 C / 165 F. Leftovers are only re-heated once. Hot holding units were being pre-heated before use. Facility kept in an organized and clean condition. *Note: 2023/24 permit fee decal posted however Permit to Operate is missing. Please email hpbilling@fraserhealth.ca to obtain a new permit.
