Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CLTVTF:

- Hot water at all sinks measured at >45C.
- New water tank has been installed with larger capacity. Send invoice/specification sheet to the health inspector to verify.
- The front display cooler #1 measured 1C at the time of the inspection.
- All raw meats stored at < 1C at the time of the inspection.
- Provide separate tongs for raw meats/seafood/vegetables to prevent cross contamination.
- No further actions required.

CLOSURE ORDER rescinded. Restaurant may now reopen for business.
