Observation: Accumulation of food debris observed in the following areas:
1. Floors underneath and behind all kitchen equipment and sushi bar area
2. Ventilation hood above cooking area
3. Surfaces of equipment (ie. stoves, dishwasher, etc.)
Corrective Action(s): Clean all noted areas and any other area with debris. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to prevent attracting pests such as rodents and insects. Date to be corrected by: November 30, 2018
