2.Designated handwash sink next to kitchen entrance blocked off with a bucket for food duties
3.Bare paper towel rolls not in a dispenser for handwash sinks
Corrective Action(s): 1.There must be a clear pathway for designated handwash sinks at ALL times

2.These sinks are for handwashing ONLY -use your utility sinks for all food duties

3.Bare paper towel rolls must be dispensed only otherwise the ends will be contaminated when handled

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Tempura sauce placed direcly under utility sink
-Miracle Whip vat placed right next to chlorine vat
Corrective Action(s): -No foods are to be placed under sinks as the pipes have a tendency to leak non-potable water
NOTE: Repeat infraction from the June 13, 2017 routine inspection -increased enforcement for next citing

-Do not place foods next to or under cleaning chemicals -remove the Miracle Whip immedately

-Place tools in an area that can be cleaned and sanitized by a practical means
