1. Dough mixer has accumulation of debris, caked on dough, and grease.
2. Veggie slicer has caked on veggies from last night.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Clean and sanitize dough mixer immediately. Ensure that not only the bowl is cleaned and sanitized, but the machine itself is also cleaned and sanitized.
2. Clean and sanitize veggie slicer immediately.

No sanitizer available at the time of inspection.

Prepare a 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer solution (half teaspoon bleach in one litre water). Ensure sanitizer is available at all times of operation.

Empty can was being used as a scoop in the flour bin.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Discard empty can as this is not a proper food-grade scoop.
2. Start using a food-grade scoop for the flour bin.
