Obtain high powered flashlight for monitoring areas
If any holes are found seal with non-chewable materials.
Continue to use Pest Control twice per month until such time as no additional droppings are found at facility.

- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (75) degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
