Observation: Food build up noticed on the rotating arm of the R'real blender.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all parts of F'Real blender as per manufacturer's instructions ( By Nov. 5, 2019).

Observation: No sneeze guard available for hot dog condiments ( relish, salsa, onions etc.) at the hot dog island. There is no sanitary place to keep the lids during customer self service.
Corrective Action(s): A sneeze guard ( plexi-glass cover) strongly recommended to both sections of cold ingredients. Customers must be advised to not keep the lids on the counter when using the self serve condiments trays.

internal hot holding temperature of all foods on the hot dog rollers at least twice a day.
