Summary of Inspection:.
During today’s inspection, there were 21 children, 4 staff, 1 trainee, 2 support workers and the manager on site. Covid 19 Audit Tool was conducted and found that facility is at low risk.
At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was discussed:
Storing of bedding in separate containers instead on the cots as the cots are made of mesh material.
The lid to the garbage container should be fully closed to avoid children coming in contact with any soiled paper towels.
To provide the plan for manager replacement when the manager is away on vacation in upcoming months.
