Observation:
Rodent droppings noted throughout the facility:
- in back storage area
- behind equipment in kitchen
- under the counter in the front bar area
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean and sanitize all areas where droppings are found. Use a 1:10 bleach solution. Do not vacuum.
- Reduce clutter in facility
- Any foods that have been contaminated by pests must be discarded.

Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 400ppm quats
- dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- ice machine broken; tech has been called for repair
- provide pest report upon next inspection
- cooling discussed with staff - large pots of food are cooled with ice wand prior to being put in walk-in cooler
- dosa batter stored in prep cooler

Note: Two blocks of cheese with best before dates of Nov 2020 noted in walk-in freezer. Staff stated these were found in the freezer while cleaning and were to be discarded.
