Routine inspection:

Renovations to premise complete. Premise renovated as per approved plans.
3 compartment sink installed.
Liquid soap and paper towels provided at 3 compartment sink.
NSF domestic dishwasher in place.
Freezer at -15 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -14 degrees C. Obtain accurate indicating thermometers for all coolers/freezers. Maintain temperature monitoring records and have available for review.
Domestic hood/range installed.
Premise has a limited menu. Provide an updated food safety plan by September 30, 2021.
At this time no food service. Day camp participants bring snacks/meals from home. Note: when in service have a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in a labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.

Application form completed to reflect change in name of ownership after amalgamation.
