Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT OBSERVATION: back of house handsink blocked at the time of inspection by tote bag and aluminium tray
Corrective Action(s): removed. ensure that all handsinks are convenient accessible for handwashing. Hands must be washed after handling dirty dishes or before handling food.

=Undercounter cooler (3C) and upright cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright freezer (-18C) and undercounter freezer (-19C) measured < -18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74.5 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection, however some old mice droppings observed in the corners of the back of house. clean and sanitize area.
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection, manager DC had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification (expires Feb 2023)
