Liquid soap and paper towels provided at the hand sink. Bleach sanitizer measured >100 ppm (spray bottle). Refrigeration units were maintaining at or below 4 deg C. Ice cream freezers were at -14 to -16 deg C. Hot holding for soup was hotter than 60 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Retail area: Display coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Freezer display units were at or below -18 deg C. Storage area (next door barn): Walk-in freezer was at or below -22 deg C. Dry storage area was organized.
