Handsinks are freely accessible. Operator has started a fly abatement program with pest company, with first treatment date on Nov 11; although fruit fly activity has decreased from last inspection, their presence is still notable --> premises to continue with the fly program, including routine treatment and adherence to suggestions made by technician. Condensate pipe has been extended to wash sink of 2-compartment sink. *still outstanding* dust buildup on walk-in cooler fans --> manager advised this will be done Nov 18 as proper tools are required to take apart fan. This will be followed-up on next routine.
