Routine Inspection:

Back Area:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Walk-in cooler temperature = 2.9 degrees Celsius.
Walk-in freezer temperature = -20.4 degrees Celsius.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 80.1C at dish level after final rinse cycle.
Sink plugs available for 2-compartment sink.

Front Area:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperature met health requirements:
- Under counter freezer = -19 degrees Celsius.
- Prep cooler = 3.9 degrees Celsius.
- Cooler drawers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- New standup freezer = -18.7 degrees Celsius.
- Beverages cooler = 4 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding for gravy = 62 degrees Celsius.
3 sanitizer spray bottles available. All spray bottles have concentration of 200 ppm QUATs.

Overall:
Washrooms clean and sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

- Ensure to clear out pathway to rear exit (near washrooms) as the table is blocking the emergency exit.
