Observed during inspection:

General Sanitation - Good during time of inspection

1. Temperature
- Walk-in cooler was at 4C or lower
- Walk-in freezer was at -18C or lower
- Sandwich prep cooler #1 in cooking line was at 4C
- Sandwich prep cooler #2 near diswashing area was at 4C or lower
- Glass display cooler at front service area was at 4C or lower

2. Sanitation
- QUATS sanitizer pails (X3) measured at 200ppm QUATS concentration *Reminder to change sanitizer solution every 1-2 hours and to routinely measure solution concentration with test strips*
- 2-compartment sink with drain plugs available on premises
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72.2C at plate surface (final rinse temperature)
- Dough hook and rods used for tandoori kept in sanitary manner
- Handwashing stations (x2) in kitchen adequately supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water

3. Storage:
- Dry storage area kept in sanitary manner
- Dry storage kept in pest proof containers
- All foods covered with food grade material
- All foods kept at least 6 inches off the ground

4. Pest control
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
