Hand washing stations were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
Temperature of coolers were at or below 4C
Temperature of freezer was at -18C
General sanitation is adequate.
QUATS sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm as per test strip
3 compartment sink with drain plug used for manual dishwashing.
QUATS sanitizer is diluted to 3rd compartment sink as per manufacturer's direction.
All foods are covered with date stamps.
No recent signs of pest activities at the time of inspection. The premise is serviced by the pest control company every 2 weeks.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 was on site.
Clean-in-place equipment are cleaned and sanitized as per their sanitation plan.
