Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walkin cooler at 0c.
Under the counter coolers by cooking area are 3c.
Walkin freezer at -19c.
Coolers are equipped with themometers.
Foods are stored off the floor.
All foods are located in containers with covers/lids.
Dishwasher reached 71c at dish level for rinse cycle.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration.
Rags are being stored in sanitizer bucket.
Employee onsite wearing proper protective wear.
Employee onsite has foodsafe certification.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
