Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in all the buckets were not at adequate levels. As per staff, it's refreshed twice a day. This is not frequent enough.
Corrective Action(s): Refresh sanitizer solution in all the buckets every 2 hrs or more often as required. Change the solution in all the buckets.

Observation: A thorough cleaning is required. The floor in the FOH and BOH requires sweeping and mopping. The floor of the walk-in cooler requires cleaning.

Temperature log's being maintained
Foods are being thawed under running water
Hand sinks are fully equipped
Washroom sinks are fully equipped
Pest control is on contract.
In use utensils are changed every 4 hours.
Exhaust hood has been serviced. Next service date is in June.
Staff on duty has valid FS level 1 or equivalent certification.
