Observation: Low temperature dishwasher reached 51.9 C and final rinse water measured 0ppm Chlorine.
Dishwasher was ran 5+ times after replacing the chlorine supply but still reading 0ppm. Resolve the issue and ensure final rise measures at least 50 ppm chlorine. Meanwhile, submerge washed utensils in the sanitizer solution for 2 minutes before drying.

* Probiotic liquid (shelf-stable) past best before date. Double check best before dates for all ingredients and ensure they are not past before purchasing.

* Increase the chlorine dispensing level or replace to a stronger chlorine sanitizer for the dishwasher. This would allow more flexibility with dishwasher temperature requirement.
