Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two buckets of quat sanitizer solution were at 50 ppm only.
Corrective Action(s): Staff changed sanitizer solution at time of inspection, 200 ppm quats detected. Ensure to change sanitizer solution for storing wiping cloths when solution becomes visibly dirty, and at least every 2 hours.

Comments

- All hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer from dispenser was at 200 ppm
- Dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine during rinse cycle. Test strips available for monitoring
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures satisfactory
- Hot held items were above 60C - good
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Ventilation canopies maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food storage practices good - all food stored off the floor and covered
- General sanitation is good
- Temperature records up to date and well maintained. *Ensure sanitizer concentration for dishwasher is properly recorded as well.
- Pest control is in place, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
