Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-D23QDY: > Cleanliness in previously mentioned areas has improved. > Food debris around the ovens and dishwashing line is minimal. Some debris is present in the service line from the recent lunch hour. > Ant traps have been placed around problem areas identified during the routine visit. > Few remaining live ants noted at the front service line next to the cash register and chest freezer - extra ant trap was placed here. > Observed staff cleaning and sanitizing the bread slicer and surrounding counter space. Continue to monitor the amount of food debris that accumulates on the floor throughout the day. When counter tops are cleaned and sanitized after use, sweep the surrounding area at the same time. Forward the next pest control report from February to EHO for review.
