Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BH7P92:

No cold potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature. Salad products stored on ice. Limited quantities of cut vegetables left at room temperature. Any left after 2 hours (the lunch rush) must be discarded.
Gravy all hot held above 60 degrees C.
No food stored on the floor in the front area.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
Staff washroom hand sink unobstructed, provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Improvement in the organization of the premise. Many unnecessary items discarded/removed from premise.
