Observation: Mouse droppings found under the machine used for sealing bubble tea cups.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings and sanitize the affected area. Continue to monitor for rodent activity throughout your premise and clean up droppings immediately. There were no signs of rodents any where else in the premise, so droppings that were found may be old.

Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding unit was over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices are good.
Storage areas are organized.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
General sanitation was good except as noted above.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
Bleach sanitizer was 200ppm.
