Food protected from contamination and stored on dedicated shelving. Single use items and cups are single use and sanitary. 2 compartment sink in use with 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer. Coolers at 4C and below. Dessert freezers at -15C to -20C. (ice creams and milk shake unit). Sandwich display cooler at 3.8C and below. Sandwiches made from approved deli Co-op facility.
