Comments

- Plumbing/sewerage issue has been addressed. Operator reported issue was at the sewer line on the property.
- Water has been turned on and is present at all fixtures. Hot water present at handwashing, warewashing sinks and dishwasher.
- Floors throughout the premises have been cleaned/disinfected. Dehumidifiers in place and assessment currently in progress by remediation company to verify extent of work needed for walls of areas (cold prep room and office) impacted.

- Main kitchen may re-open to food preparation/processing at it was not directly impacted by the back up and water is present at fixtures as noted above.
- Cold prep room must remain closed. Closure Order still applies to this portion of the premises. Room will remain locked off with access restricted to members during this time. Operator must ensure any construction required can be physically separated from food preparation and storage areas to ensure there is no potential for contamination from construction. Follow up inspection required prior to re-opening the cold prep room. Operator to provide update once remediation company has completed assessment.
