305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Observed light coming in under two receiving bay doors (one in main brewery building and other in canning building). Also observed drain trenches with a significant amount of water sitting in them. Staff stated that the drains have been draining slower since the freezing weather. Corrective Action(s): Inspect and replace all weather stripping under doors to prevent pest entry. Due: 2 weeks. Monitor drainage of trench drains and repair piping if speed of drainage does not increase and continues to drain slowly. Violation Score: 3
